Assumed you already install apache for your web server.
I'm used
- Apache 2.2.15 and My root at C:\public_html
- Zend Framework 1.10.4
First download Zend Framework in here, you can download full version or minimal version. After download you can extract and rename the folder to Zend and copy the folder to C:\Zend
